1. Acceptance and the service
These Terms of Service apply when you use Diwaxan, a Discord bot for Sorani Kurdish mini-games, player profiles, scores, statistics, progression, and virtual rewards. By using the bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Diwaxan.
Player progress is associated with a Discord user and is global across servers. Server configuration, roles, channels, and some reward settings are specific to each Discord server.
Before using normal commands and games, players must accept the current Privacy Policy through the bot. You can review it with /privacy. If the policy changes, the bot may ask you to accept the new version.
2. Eligibility and Discord rules
You must meet Discord’s minimum age and follow Discord’s terms and policies, applicable law, and the rules and permissions of the server where you use Diwaxan. Diwaxan does not set a separate age number.
3. Acceptable use
Use Diwaxan only in a lawful and respectful way. You must not:
- abuse, exploit, or interfere with the bot or its game mechanics, including by attempting to gain an unfair advantage;
- harass, threaten, or target other people through use of the bot;
- disrupt the bot, Discord servers, or another person’s use of either; or
- use the bot in a way that violates Discord’s rules or applicable law.
4. Virtual items have no real-world value
Coins, XP, scores, items, and rewards are virtual features for use inside Diwaxan. They have no cash value and are not money, a real-money balance, or a promise of payment or payout. They cannot be exchanged for money or real-world value.
5. Game content and AI judging
Diwaxan reads command messages and answers submitted during active games when needed to run those features. The bot does not store users’ complete Discord conversations.
For Yari Pit, the submitted word and target letter are sent to OpenAI through Replit’s AI integration for that game’s word-judging check. AI decisions can be imperfect and are used only for gameplay, not for unrelated games or support questions.
Do not submit passwords, secrets, or sensitive personal information as game answers.
6. Server administrators
Server administrators control their own server settings, roles, channels, and permissions. They remain responsible for their server’s rules, moderation, and decisions about which features to enable.
7. Third-party services
Diwaxan relies on Discord and Replit, and Yari Pit uses OpenAI through Replit’s AI integration. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies. Diwaxan is not sponsored or endorsed by Discord, Replit, or OpenAI.
8. Changes, maintenance, and access
Diwaxan may change, be unavailable for maintenance or safety reasons, or be discontinued. No uptime or uninterrupted-access guarantee is offered. Access may be suspended or ended for cheating, abuse, harassment, exploiting bugs, violating these terms, or interfering with the bot or other players.
Game progress or features may be affected by outages, changes, or discontinuation. No restoration of lost game progress is promised. You may stop using Diwaxan at any time.
9. Intellectual property
These terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights in Diwaxan or materials belonging to Discord, Replit, OpenAI, or other rights holders. Use the bot only as intended and as permitted by the applicable rights holders and platform rules.
10. Liability and rights that cannot be waived
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Diwaxan is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the bot.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or privacy rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. This section does not claim that any limitation is enforceable in every location.
11. Contact and dates
The operator is mehrab. You can contact the operator on Discord at m3hw or through the Diwaxan Support server.
Effective date: 24 October 2026. Last updated: 24 October 2026.
These terms are general information, not legal advice. Consider having them reviewed by a qualified lawyer.
