1. Operator and contact
Diwaxan is operated by mehrab. For privacy questions or requests, contact the operator on Discord at m3hw or use the Diwaxan Support server.
2. Information processed and stored
Diwaxan processes Discord user, server, and channel IDs as needed to run commands, link player progress, and apply server configuration. It also stores consent status, policy version, and acceptance time. Player information may include scores, game statistics, XP, levels, streaks, coins, inventory and items, badges, profile backgrounds, challenge progress, and game or reward records.
Player progress is global to a Discord user across servers. Discord server IDs and server-specific settings may include prefixes, channels, roles, and reward configuration.
Limited, bounded moderation records may include the action, target, actor, reason, and timestamp. The moderation audit does not store raw Discord messages or DM contents as audit history.
3. Messages and Yari Pit
The bot reads command messages and answers submitted during active games when needed to run those features. It does not store users’ complete Discord conversations. Diwaxan has no separate optional language-sample collection or language-learning consent feature.
For Yari Pit only, the submitted word and target letter are sent to OpenAI through Replit’s AI integration for word judging. The full Discord conversation is not sent for this check. AI is not described as being used for unrelated games or support questions.
OpenAI and Replit may process submitted information under their own policies. No particular provider retention or training practice is promised here.
4. Why information is used
Information is used to respond to commands; operate games; calculate scores, statistics, and progression; maintain profiles and virtual rewards; apply server configuration; record privacy-policy acceptance; and support safety and abuse prevention.
5. Service providers
Discord, Replit, and OpenAI through Replit’s AI integration are relevant service providers. They may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. This policy does not promise their retention, training, or other data practices.
6. Retention
Consent records are kept while needed to enforce the user’s choice. Profile, coin, score, and game-result data are kept while needed to operate the bot; no fixed automatic expiry is currently stated for this data.
Fixed retention periods for every other category are not specified here. Contact the operator for questions about a particular record. This policy does not promise automatic deletion after a set period.
7. Access, correction, and deletion requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the operator on Discord at m3hw or through the Diwaxan Support server.
There is no self-service account-deletion command promised by this policy. Do not post passwords, secrets, or sensitive personal information in a public support channel.
8. Privacy choices and consent
Players must accept the current bot privacy policy before using normal commands and games. Use /privacy to review it. A policy update may require players to accept the new version. The bot stores the user ID, consent status, policy version, and acceptance time; consent records are kept while needed to enforce the user’s choice.
You can choose not to accept or use Diwaxan. If you do not want the bot to process the information described here, do not use its normal commands or games.
9. Children’s data and security
Diwaxan is not directed at children below Discord’s minimum age and is not intended to collect children’s data. The bot does not set a separate age number.
The operator uses reasonable security practices. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, and this policy does not claim a particular encryption method, certification, or perfect security.
Do not submit passwords, secrets, or sensitive personal information as game answers.
10. Policy updates and dates
This policy may be revised. A change may require players to accept the new version before using normal commands and games.
